En mi experiencia en las empresas organizadas cada puesto tiene una banda salarial y vas a poder negociar entre el máximo y el mínimo de esta banda. Si estás abajo de la banda, la organización te llevará hacia la banda, acá puedes negociar acelerar estar en la banda lo más rápido posible. Si buscas un mejor salario y estás en el rango superior de la banda es importante que explores otras opciones dentro de tu misma organización, un ascenso o lateralizar a un nuevo puesto o quizás fuera de ella por que no hay mucho espacio en tu empresa o no hay opción de crecimiento. Siempre evalúa el clima laboral, a tu jefe, tus relaciones internas y que otros beneficios ofrece la empresa antes de tomar una decisión.
