Avant tout, il me semble essentiel de compléter en rappelant les formes que le conflit d'intérêt peut prendre dans les associations. IL peut être : - financier. Dans ce cas, le membre de l'association tire un avantage financier direct ou indirect de sa position de pouvoir au sein de la structure. - personnel : cela peut être lié à un emploi - de loyauté et se produit lorsqu’un membre de l’association est en conflit entre son devoir envers l’association et ses intérêts personnels. Sur le dernier cas, cet exemple illustre la situation : un administrateur d'une association est confronté à une décision qui bénéficie à son entreprise personnelle contre les intérêts de l’association.

You should have a conflict of interest policy that defines what a conflict of interest is and the organization’s stance on them. Then, at least annually, have staff and the Board complete a questionnaire to identify potential conflicts of interest, whether in fact or appearance. Then the Board or management can make any appropriate decisions.

Il peut s'agir de : - Adopter une politique de gestions des conflits d’intérêt - Divulguer les intérêts personnels et financiers des membres - Mettre en place un comité indépendant - Sensibiliser les membres : l’association doit sensibiliser tous les membres à l’importance de la transparence et de l’intégrité. - évaluer régulièrement les procédures internes La meilleure fa?on de prévénir les conflits d’intérêts est la mise en place d’un référentiel de contr?le interne régulièrement mis à jour.

Un posible conflicto podria ser que entraran a tu departamento como asistente a un hijo, esposo u otro familiar cercano en ese caso debe de informar inmediatamente a la administracion ,solicitando un traslado o la no contratacion de este.

Managing a conflict in a nonprofit can be difficult especially if community is involved. At the end of the day, one should keep in mind the mission statement and goals of the nonprofit and use that as a base or guide when developing a conflict resolution policy or any kind of policy. For example, if the mission of the nonprofit is to help the underdeveloped community but your conflict resolution policy doesn't involve listening to or understanding the people living in that community but instead taking majority opinions from contractors or developer of that community and their idea and thoughts versus the people actually living in the community... then the nonprofit would be missing the deeper meaning of their mission statement or goals.

J'ai en tête quelques exemples de conflits d'intérêts plus ou moins bien gérés. Je partage celui d'un président d'association qui choisit comme prestataire informatique sans appel d'offres l'entreprise de son fils qui s'est avéré plus de 20% plus cher.
