Look for next-gen vendors that offer something so simple that a 9 year old can understand it. That spans the entire cycle - from documenting a process without a flowchart to self-defining "if this then that" rules and self-service launch and execution of any process. The future is simple, and adoption requires simplicity. Otherwise, prepare for yet another failure in trying to get change to happen.
