Then this will give you the opportunity to reinforce their confidence by suggesting improvements. I used to make a mistake to overuse success to discuss further action. Mainly attend the vulnerability. Instead I have learned how to simplify and precipitate. It is worth mentioning that whilst im being a mentor im being me tored at the same time.
I always try to let the person I'm mentoring know that no win is too small to celebrate. This always lead to a boost in confidence for them to take the next step highly motivated.
