How can you measure the success of your digital learning policy?

When it comes to measuring the success of digital learning policy, it is important to define your outcomes. It will make it much easier when you already have a clear mindset. This could include improvements in student performance, increased engagement, enhanced teacher effectiveness, broader access to educational resources, or some other goals that you want to achieve. Ensure that your outcomes are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. This clarity is essential for determining the success of your digital learning initiatives.

At the start of an online session, I ask students to "keep an eye out" for specific information and/or the most important slides, from my presentation. Then, once the session is over, I ask for them to send me what they think these important slides were, from the sessionsldiqes I used. In addition, after the session has finished, I also email students a small (10-15 questions) MCQ paper and ask them return it, sometimes offering a prize to the first two or three students who do so. It is also possible (using various digital platforms) to link my slides to questions that must be answered before proceeding with the session. These allow me to not only see engagement but also education learning and progress.

Success can only be measured by the harvest that that is reaped from the implementation of the policy. The adjustment to the digital policy and the popularity of the strategy and end game of the functioning of policies. Having reviews and getting feedback on policies enables an assessment of the nature and positive impact that the content of the policy garners from relevant stakeholders. Digital policies must be target orientated to get the desired outcome for operational, organisational and functioning of the instution and role players directly involved with the policy itself. Another yardstick to measure digital policies is to have brainstorming sessions related to the functionality of an institute or organization.
