As an IT educator, I employ key strategies such as advance planning, transparent communication of expectations, task automation, maximizing online resources ,few things that i usually practice include: -Identify and prioritize your tasks based on their importance and deadlines. -Set aside time for self-reflection. Assess your teaching methods, the effectiveness of technology integration. Make adjustments as needed to improve your teaching experience. -Modify as necessary to enhance your teaching journey. -Embrace technology's flexibility by adjusting teaching methods and seek student input for a balanced approach. And last but not the least Invest in your professional development by attending workshops, webinars etc.

Here are some examples from mine: - Quick check professional network sites, like LinkedIn, as a break after focused work periods. I usually take 10 minutes or less and save anything that looks relevant in my Chrome Reading List. I set aside about two hours a week to go through what I've saved and file away anything especially useful. - Most webinars will be recorded. Depending on how much deep listening they require, I may play the recording while taking the dogs for their lunchtime walk or doing some other low-investment tasks. - Schedule "Think-Tank" time with colleagues. Make sharing ideas and technology wins a regular date with people who inspire.
