Be certain to develop and document each process within your operation. Develop Flowcharts, Standard Operational responsibilties at each step of your process. Develop metrics that truly measure those keys points in your process. Chart results for these key performance metrics and use them to support continuous process improvement. I have to at first admit, I don't know all the names or terms, or what equipment is used. I can tell you though, before these computers there was usually one or two people could figure it out. They usually had an inch to spare and they also could load perfectly every time. No over weight tickets. You always have to have a great team to back each other up. When someone didn't know how to do something , he learned watching others. All of these processes can be overcome as long as they don't give up.

You must integrate these criteria from the beginning. The single fact of using sustainable solutions implies changes or modifications to your network. What if you were to use trucks with 6h battery charge time? You need to plan for that! Capacity will be different and that impacts productivity, working hours, infrastructure, and people. There is a definite link between a setup and decisions that has to start from the beginning.
