If through better performance you achieve a marked reduction in the cost of an enterprise delivering a product or service equating to $10m dollars, a speaker fee of $50k doesn’t seem such a large fee. You can also participate in many speaker forums and associations where through collaboration with other speakers, you’ll learn your worth!

Do not be afraid to charge what you believe to be worth. Else you devalue yourself. Relate it to the booking in question and how it relates to the corporations value. If what you are to talk about supplies valuable information knowledge empowerment to that corporation / its employees / clients then a fee-for -knowledge can be set. Provided that the information you impart is original just for that corporatin then an hourly fee based on your experience knowledge understasnding in relation to that corporation or your net worth

Consider the value preposition, not just what this talk holds in it for the audience, but also what influence this talk would have in terms of one's service portfolio, I see it as a monetary benefit and non monetary and yet benefit.
