De acuerdo con esta criterio para la gestión de conflictos de intereses en este tipo de proyectos de tecnología verde. Ningún desarrollo, de ningún sector, se escapa del impacto y por ende del análisis territorial. Por esta razón es crucial encontrar marcos comunes a través del diálogo o de alguna estrategia que permita la participación y el intercambio de ideas que luego resulten en ese punto en el que se pueda concertar un punto medio o por lo menos, con mayor aceptabilidad por las partes involucradas, como parte de los ejercicios de gobernanza territorial. Ahora bien, en este caso, las tecnologías verdes seguramente traerán importantes beneficios para la mayoría, así que la estrategia ganar-ganar es muy factible.
