The principle behind the global concept of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is in tandem with the principle of fairness and justice. In my organization, we are playing by this rule in our people strategy initiative, giving everyone an equal opportunity regardless of skin color, race, language, gender, etc to be part of our team. By this in the last 1-2 years, we have been able to attract talents from Turkey, Portugal, S/Africa among others to the organization. A further step to localize this is an ongoing effort to have an even distribution of local talents from the three major ethnic groups in my country. A mix of diverse culture, ideologies, beliefs carefully blended and managed can be a force for healthy growth and development..
