Give 3 pieces of advice. 3 things that your audience can take action on. 3 takeaways. For example: 1. List every piece of advice/every selling point/every topic and then pick the 3 most relevant or interesting. 2. For longer pieces, use a story or example to introduce each of your 3 sections. 3. Summarize the 3 lessons at the end with 3 things your audience can do right away. P.S. I didn't invent this structure, but learned it from the great Sean D'Souza.

Si no tienes claro cuál es la personalidad de la marca o incluso la tuya es importante que analices los valores y el tono de comunicación de esa forma construimos mensajes llenos de confianza y que resulten muy naturales a nuestros lectores. Algunas palabras proyectan ser más sensibles o ser más inteligentes o de pronto ser más divertidos esto dependerá de quién eres como marca y que estamos diciendo. Por ejemplo, si estás conmemorando un acontecimiento trágico no es recomendable hacer bromas o ser muy juguetón. En estos casos es mejor proyectar los valores más humanos que personalizan a la marca. Enganchar al público es también convertir tu comunicación institucional en una persona más con la que cualquiera puede interactuar.

There have been many times I've been reading a piece of writing that looks fine, it looked fine the last time I read it in my head, but as soon as I read the words out loud it sounds strange. It's very easy to miss something like a turn of phrase that doesn't make sense, or even a typo until you're reading the piece aloud.

Show, don't tell, in your descriptions of scenes and surroundings. Give your writing life instead of being stagnant. Engage the reader.

The best method for self-proofing and editing is to let it sit. As in...let it sit overnight. It is the very rare talent who can create content and edit it in the same day. I've self-tested and found that errors are 80%-85% more discoverable the next day. Brains tend to fill in gaps and overlook errors when there's not enough time away from creating content.
