1 Assess your team's needs

Be a good observer and listener 1- Assess and evaluate everyone of your team, know the point of weakness for each one and what prevent him/her from doing the job efficiently. 2- Set training programs effectively to each one focusing on his needs. 3- Make sure that they understood everything from the training and listen to their questions and needs and solve them. 4- Make final assessment or test at the end of the training course to see the achievement from their results. 5 If any member of the team still have point of weakness after the end of the training, be creative and find better practical and easier ways to deliver the right information for him/her and make all the team feel that they are valuable and always supported.

The penny drops at diffrent times for diffrent people and have learnt to start a session with simple and relatable content focused on creating context focused on why and what before digging into the material and program. It feels like a lightweight calibration of the group.

-one thing I have found helpful is not to overwhelming with with ICS, MCG REGULATIONS, SOPS. Being more hands on is way more beneficial. Gradually introduce the rules and games.

Although Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms are main stream, people may be camera shy about their background or themselves. There are backgrounds people can use to address this. Closed Caption is important for several reasons. Testing this in advance so that everyone has equal access to the material. Send content in advance for those who may need extra time to process the information. If using PPT, there has to be more visual than words. It's difficult for those on the receiving end to read, listen, absorb and stay engaged. Allowing participants to have a preview will enhance engagement.
