However, if you want consistent lighting throughout a particular scene, let’s say, then the way to get that initially is to hire a great cinematographer. They are the ones who help design and control the lighting on set. Secondarily, if you didn’t get consistent lighting, there are tools in the various editing platforms that can adjust the lighting in post. But doing this (or anything like this) in post should always be the last option.
