The most important aspect in this century is attempting to comprehend the ever changing needs of the clients; the brick-and-mortar of success is no longer finishing the project on time and within budget; clients' emotions and psychological issues are more at play than ever before, so understanding this and implementing it in your construction projects, as well as employing technological advancement to be able to deliver what the client wants, the keyword is what the client wants. This can provide you with a competitive advantage.
