When coming across the opportunity to lead or manage government funding programs for technological innovation its fundamentally important to have a clear sight of the purpose of engaging with the government, transparent and specific project planning. Regarding funds where repayment is needed, such funds should be allowed to have a long grace period to start the repayment. My brother once got the benefit of such a fund. He was successfully able to repay for having a 5-year grace period to start the payment. On the other hand, if the repayment starting period were short, he would not be able to repay it easily. Having funds with a short grace period to repay, ruins both the project for which the fund is allowed and repayment capability.
