In the early days of my involvement in ML or AI service, we were itching to use the vast data at our fingertips. However an unexpected, minor data leak became our nightmare moment. It was not a large breach, but the distrust was immediate! We acted fast fortifying our defenses, we revamped our data protocols, jarlites, trusted binary sources, two way encryptions & etc. We instituted transparency, ensuring every client knew how their data was used, and I mandated regular staff training on data ethics. Let's value it, nurture it, and most importantly, trust it." Also, accept failure- why ? - If it can be remediated, fixed and overcome it is not a failure. Hidden errors, mistakes of experts , staff and team members is a ticking time bomb, colleagues need to have the security to come forth and ring the alarm bell if needed. There are no perfect things, never the less people!

Tech has made it so that navigating complex decisions is a daily feat. At Accenture, I once faced a scenario that truly emphasized the value of ethics. ?? A junior consultant stumbled upon a security flaw in a major client's system. Instead of exploiting or ignoring, we immediately reported it. Instead of concealing, we openly communicated with the client and rectified it. ??? We rewarded the consultant's ethical stance and emphasized the importance of ethical behavior. This strengthened our client's trust and we expanded our services for them doubling our revenue on the account. ??
