It can be really obvious but easy to miss. 1. Make sure your goals are clear. 3. Do you know what success will look like? 2. Make sure you know what has been achieved and what still needs to be done - and what your next steps are. Easy to say and probably easy to do if you can achieve the necessary clarity.

Roles are important. Define what they should be able to do, but communicate that roles remain dynamic to prevent silos in responsibility. Always only one person responsible for a topic. This doesn't mean others can't contribute. However, this person should drive the topic and ensure that it is brought to completion.

Part of roles and responsibilities is a draw back when u hit grey lines Such tasks will be thrown back and forth As a leader u need to build an environment for teams or members of the teams to predict and proactively identify issues in grey lines between teams and make both to cooperate on resolution other wise it can get to finger pointing and damage program progress

As busy we are, we must find time to try and reach out to every team member …. And There are no stupid questions. Each question needs to get answered to show team members that their contribution is important Lessons learned need to be performed in positive ways and not blaming sessions and show team once actions implemented , their activities becoming more effective this will create more ideas and more effective execution
