Hoy dia es fundamental mantener una buena comunicacion con el equipo. Mas aun si hay miembros en remoto. No obstante y a?adiendo bajo mi conocimineto y criterio, no es necesario "pasarse". Para m la clave es una buena agenda antes de empezar cada proyecto (aunque esto sirve tambien para nuestra vida personal) Agendar absolutamente todo lo relevante, de esta manera no hay sorpresas y el equipo tendrá tiempo suficiente para trabajar.

When coaching teams especially in matrix organizations this becomes a challenge and when we can make time to share success as well as where there are opportunities to improve consistently it begins to create new behaviors to develop new habits. Hold a meeting where you can "contract" with the teams on how we can foster a supportive environment by sharing our success stories so that we begin to understand the value of the entire team. Communication is the number one challenge that I witness teams struggle with so be upfront and build commitments together on how we will discuss challenges, when will we share success, and what how will we leave meetings to address next steps. Be open and objective to discuss as a team to build the cohesion.

The fifth step is to seek and provide feedback with your cross-functional team. This will help you improve your communication skills, processes, and outcomes and build trust and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
