It is important to identify and involve all key stake holders in ERP implementation. You don't want last minute hiccups on approvals like Go No-Go decision. Leadership wants visibility and importance at every level. Giving an example of a Supply chain project does require approval from Finance stakeholders. Create a good RACI matrix, assign the tasks through JIRA (or any other Agile tool) to stakeholders.

Rather the important question is: When do you need all stakeholders in ERP Integrations? Getting all stakeholders in every meeting is not a suggested, as it creates pendency, confusions, delayed decisions. Always get the right set of stakeholders who are decision makers or influence decisions. The ones which get impacted by decisions should also be informed and consulted but via other meetings/forums. Stakeholders is a very wide term, adopt strategic approach to craft the best suited path for your agile project. Avoid getting into endless meeting traps because most stakeholders are not even aware or care about your project! From my experience I have gained an understanding that before involving all stakeholders we have to first identify the behavior and possibly usage perspectives. Because whenever you take an initiative and get to know that no one is interested and you are trying hard to introduce the system , this is very painful.
