Zabbix provides metrics monitoring like CPU utilisation, performance, load etc. It is available in Azure, AWS marketplace as well as on google cloud console. Once you select zabbix from market place, provide detailed VM configuration. As soon as VM is created, save the public IP address which can be used to access Zabbix frontend as well as console.

Utilize Ansible integration for automated installation and configuration of Zabbix agents and proxies on your cloud resources. It depends on the environment, but there are by far more modern solutions like Prometheus and others for modern workloads. Zabbix feel like a bit dated to me.
