Break things down completely. My firm doesn't do project work. We break pricing down to an hourly basis so clients can see exactly where their funds are going. We want them to be happy and to see the value of our work. There are no hidden fees and no surprise "change orders" that inflate costs. Clients are updated continuously and via weekly calls on the progress of their projects. Are there occasional overruns? Of course. However, they never come as a surprise to clients.

Customers will buy at a higher/premium price if they experience value of your solution and organization. in my perception pricing transparency = value related.

I think that increasing the confidence of customers in you with regard to pricing is very important for the past period and more important in the coming period, and because of the dollar movements and the disparity between the prices of service , whether because of the lack of clarity and the different times of supply , and that the price remains calculated day by day Therefore, it is necessary to present all the details to the customer as this price today, and this is the quality of the product and this price has increased for a certain reason, and it is like this if the customer entered with us in the details and understand and you are honest with him, his confidence will increase and trust is the most important step in sales process

When analyzing from a challenge point of view, I understand that in some segments the competition may charge much lower prices with the aim of "taking down" other players. In terms of objection handling, I have a 3 no and go rule. My team tries to avoid giving an exact price 3 times by offering an AE pricing call, giving a range, and being honest there are variables that could impact cost and we'd hate to misquote. When these tactics fail, on that 4th ask an SDR must give a price range to accommodate the prospect. This is where opportunities notes are key that way the AE has a heads up.

When you set you price than you have to keep on your mind that as your price is fit for market or not. If your price is higher than the competitors than you have to give empashis on product feature, quality and other side. And always aside you product with unique features. On top of that have to maintain a strong relationship with customers.

Ford isn't going to show you how much each seat costs, or each lug nut, or each cable, steering wheel, etc. The best way to have these conversations will always be in person or over the phone. With online biddings customers create more transparency for buyers. For sales this is a very challenging process. During a bidding in 2020 we found out that customers still accept to pay a premium price over the cheapest one if they understand your ability to deliver as well as they understand your value.

Offering your prospects a trial period even if you have been transparent with the pricing structure along with the value that your service/product is going to deliver, will help big time! So far, this has been my experience. But again this might be different from prospect to prospect.
