The first person who can give you feedback is YOU yourself. Before you begin, do a mock and record it. When you watch it , you can improve on your delivery. Then the next step is the prepare a questioner for your audience. When you begin your delivery of course / workshop etc, ask your audience to fill the questioner. That will give you the fear idea of what your audience is expecting from you and mold your content accordingly. Audience engagement and feedback makes or breaks. Be in flow keeping the audience Interests in mind.

I have been a professional speaker since 2012 across 41 countries, & i find that the best way to source feedback is by soliciting views from the client, the audience & your team (If they are there to observe here). Y sobre las oportunidades, priorizarlas cuales son las que más impactan para darle una priorización a la acción de mejora. Luego hacer un plan de acción concreto de las cosas a las que le vas a prestar más atención en tu siguiente sesión. Incluso funciona mucho llevar las mejoras anotadas en un papel para repasarlas previos a la sesión y estar más consciente de ello.

Analise cuidadosamente os comentários recebidos. Identifique os pontos fortes e as áreas que precisam de melhorias. Esteja aberto a críticas construtivas e use-as como oportunidades de crescimento.

Once you receive the feedback focus on one “fix” at a time. Don’t try to fix everything at once or you will struggle to see improvement. How you go about fixing one thing at a time is by recording yourself doing the speech and fixes then replaying. Replay with video and assess if you implemented the change or not then either try again if you didn’t make the change or move on to the next piece of feedback if you did implement the change!
