Making feedback loops fast is useful for improvement, especially when starting work with a new group. If you are creating a research report, ask for how it can be improved in its format and content. Sometimes, research groups already have formats that they want their reports to be in, with standards for scoring. Other times, you may need to create a template format yourself. There may also be times when notes from testing would greatly be supported by pictures or videos. Receiving fast feedback from people immediately in your group at first, followed by feedback from cross-functional groups who also need to understand your research communications, is useful. Especially at the beginning for being up to speed on meeting the needs.
