Be curious and ask them follow-up questions so you can really understand where they're coming from. Suspend your own desire to immediately jump to fixing, but do let them know you're here to help.

The Leader can give best/lasting motivation to his/her to its team as in a day the employee is connected to him for minimum 12 hrs a day. The leader knows and should know his team in & out and should speak everyone in his/her by name so that they feel connected and always be ready to help/support them. He/She lead by example and show the path for difficult situations to their team always with smile on face without losing temper & annoyance. Motivate them fully and speak in very simple language to communicate with full empathy and share love & affection with them. One will find that the Team will be fully motivated & charged and back to normal.

Using personal assessments like CliftonStrengths or True Colors can be a great way to build trust and rapport across the team. For example, if the whole team shares their top five CliftonStrengths themes and you discuss them as a team, individuals gain insight into what makes them work well together because they share similar strengths or they bring something unique and essential that nobody else does. It can be a powerful team builder! As a manager, you'll get to know what makes your team members tick and you can share that side of yourself as well. At the end of the session, you can make a map or word cloud of the team's strengths and pin it up in your team area.

Keep communicating with the team. It's the easiest and best way to build trust and rapport. Ensure that you're always on the same page.

How can we know that what we’re doing actually works? How can we improve? What are the unexpected consequences of what we’re doing? And how can we remove or avoid them if they’re causing trouble or do more of them if they’re producing benefits?

Inner awareness is not a block to high intensity and high performance teams, it is the foundation of them!
