So, when asked, "What else would you like to add?, what else can I do for you" instead of " Do you need anything else"consider sharing your insights with real stories—they bring emotions that data alone might miss.

In all the points made here one of the most important things is to set the example. From the top leadership down to the bottom, leaders need to treat those around them so well, and follow their own guidelines so well, that it just naturally drips down to the customer. The intuitive customer will interpret their experience as a reflection on the entire company so make it genuine through and through.
