Whichever task feels like a burden is a weakness, simple as that. The task you are more willing to do is your strength. Humans like being appreciated, whatever task employees believe they are great at people more willingly do that.

Of course before joining any other organization one do study the Organization / Product / Interest Area. One must be having very good experience for the new opportunity but need to find the weakness which was lacking and the individual was eager to learn but was not getting it enough resources at current organization. Need to stick to your value and second important thing is your negotiation should lead to a win-win situation. Then it would be fruitful. Never share unrealistic figures in negotiation.
