To mitigate this, it’s crucial for the functional team to thoroughly understand the requirements and the extent of automation we are expecting from the system. For example, if a process that involves say 5 different buttons to handle various scenarios is streamlined into a single-click operation, the system is likely to face performance challenges. Therefore, it’s equally important for the functional and technical teams to collaborate beforehand to assess whether the proposed solution is truly viable. Furthermore, performance testing tools can also be leveraged.
