Effectively, the job fair can be deemed a form of advertisement. You might come across customer service reps from other firms, retail associates, salespeople, retirees or parents who happens to be returning to the labor force. To interface with them in person, you can take notes on their verbal or nonverbal queues, polish or lack thereof, allowing them to send you their digital or hardcopy resume right on the spot. You can run through with review of their credentials and place them in a priority to hire hierarchy. Sizing up the potential hire on the spot makes best sense.
