Vocational education, also known as career and technical education (CTE), is a form of learning that prepares students for specific occupations, trades, or crafts. It can offer many benefits, such as hands-on experience, industry certifications, and postsecondary opportunities. However, some students may not see the value of vocational education, or may face stigma, stereotypes, or barriers that discourage them from pursuing it.
