One time when conducting an environmental audit for a certain organization, we noticed that they had set up targets for their energy consumption. However, they had not been able to meet the targets for quite some time, due to the complexity of their operations. One of the suggestions we gave them was to set realistic targets, which arein line with their operations and energy need.

For sure what we have to do firstly is changing all of the possible electricity equipments to new ones (prioritize A and A+ solutions). But this is just the first step. My opinion is that one of the most important segments is changing the habits of users. We can’t keep waisting energy. Unnecessary usage of washing machines, multiple bath time, lights off during day time, dishwasher just when it’s full, etc etc. In the industry thats little bit more like make a study about how we can reduce our consumption or more like how we can turn our installations into self-consumption. Photovoltaic panels, wind turbines are definitely the solution.
