A rede de apoio do idoso, aquelas pessoas que cuidam, familiares, amigos, pessoas que est?o mais próximas dessa, podem facilitar o processo de socializa??o. é comum que limita??es físicas dificultem esse processo. Ent?o, porque n?o aproveitarmos a tecnologia? O que é possível ensinar para esse idoso que seja capaz de facilitar a comunica??o com os familiares e amigos distantes? O básico de uma liga??o por vídeo no smartphone ou no laptop, já pode ser significativo. Agora, se você tiver um pouco de paciência é possível ensinar outras coisas ainda para que ele/ela seja mais independente e tenha um pouco mais de autonomia. Pode dar um pouco de trabalho no início, mas é certo que isso terá um grande impacto na auto estima dessa pessoa.

Lo importante es ser interactivo con constancia y vocación.
