Actively engaging in personal research and seeking answers through inquiry leads to deeper learning experiences. It's through this proactive approach that individuals expand their knowledge base and develop critical thinking skills. Respect is essential for any successful mentorship. You need to respect your mentor's time, expertise, and preferences.
