Your employees are the company’s internal stakeholders, who don’t only deserve to be fully included, but can also help you create a stronger and more effective CSR. They are the link between the company and the community and can share concerns and issues with the company so that its CSR becomes more meaningful. Additionally, holistic CSR is embedded throughout the entire organisation and therefore cannot be done without fully, including your employees.
