There are different methods everyone uses for their research, so first thing to look for is what my requirement is, may be I want to do a survey or I want to do user interviews or maybe I want to do some desk research and document it etc. based on these each needs there are different platform which offers different services, what I do is I always look for which platform has more collaborative function and which platform can give me more control over the system.
