I fully agree on this point, strong experience is the key, the knowledge of all possible solutions via sea and air is crucial to correctly address the possible risks and provide advice to the Customer with the best solution not only from a Temperature Controlled perspective but also from a cost point of view. So it is crucial to verify Freight Forwarder ability to handle the shipments based on their past experience.
