Definitivamente es fundamental analizar a fondo y al mínimo detalle cuales son las necesidades actuales y futuras de la empresa en base a la información con que opera la misma, de la misma forma es importante considerar las propuestas de innovación que pueda hacer TI o que en un futuro pueda TI hacer cambios para mejorar los servicios que ofrece a la compa?ía; es decir no basta con ver las necesidades de la empresa, si no también que posible propuestas de innovación tenga en mente TI, de lo contrario el hacer caso solo a las necesidades de la empresa puede acotar el crecimiento de la misma "en este sentido", recordemos que la gestión de la información es tema de tecnología y TI es quien debiera ser el pionero en estas evaluaciones.

One way to find the best cloud storage providers with seamless integration for your IT system operations is first and foremost get multiple cloud storage providers as redundancy is better cause network fails, stuff happen it is what it is. The next thing is to carry out some research on potential cloud storage providers with a proven track record of reliability, and other features like data redundancy, security, ease of access and sharing capabilities. Also the customer support should be at least 24/7 live chat , phone support or have an extensive documentation / knowledge base ensuring smooth support in place and amooth operations too. Finally before making a commitment we would test their integration capabilities.

Hay un punto importante a considerar en este rubro, aunque actualmente "la nube" hoy está de moda; se debe hacer un análisis a detalle de que solución puede favorecer mas a la empresa, es decir, no solo existe la nube, tenemos esquemas híbridos o bien un esquema Onsite, se deben analizar estas diferentes ofertas y verificar que es la que mas conviene a la empresa tanto en un sentido técnico como en un sentido financiero y esto a un largo plazo, en ocasiones la nube no es la mejor opción, y la arquitectura de igual forma se debe considerar tomando en cuenta que esta cubre la necesidad de la operación de la compa?ía. Después de tener los resultados de este análisis, entonces SI, podemos proceder a evaluar soluciones de la elección tomada...
