Be honest with yourself! Understand that each person has a way of managing conflicts, sometimes the same person even has different ways of doing it! What I recommend is to be in tune with your essence and try not to "import" a ready-made method of resolution made by someone else! Follow your heart! Seja sincero consigo mesmo! Entenda que cada pessoa possui um modo de gerenciar os conflitos, ás vezes, inclusive, a mesma pessoa possui modos diferentes de fazê-lo! O que eu recomendo é estar em sintonia com a sua essência e tentar n?o "importar" um método pronto de resolu??o feito por outra pessoa! Siga o seu cora??o!
