How can you establish yourself as a leader in your organization?

Lead by example. Consistently exceed expectations. Be a problem solver, not just an identifier. Communicate clearly and listen actively. Take initiative, but collaborate. Acknowledge and learn from mistakes. Mentor and inspire others. True leadership is earned through actions, not titles.

Whilst a good leader is one that can project and communicate his view, he is only as good as his team. His view should be one that is inclusive and formed with full collaboration of his team. Good leadership encourages participation and challenges to the leadership view and not make any challenge as a personal attack to his leadership. The exchange and inevitable disagreements of opinions should be mutually welcome and respected. The team behind a leader should not be confined to a state of “ only to be seen and not to be heard’. It is the leadership who forms the final view after taking into consideration of the input from the team.

Leaders Vision Should be circulated in the whole team & been accepted and applied, This can only happen when a leader supports his Team in any circumstances.

Start taking initiatives and work on ethics, I think these points help me in my career. and 1 more thing try to earn respect and trust.

While talking about vision do you have a proper targeted audience or community who align with your vision or understand it. So create a community that have same vision that can add values on their goals. By communicate your vision you have to create our tone , voice and share it with your stakeholders

Credibility is the foundation of leadership - Lead From Ground - Show Up - Be Available - Support - Competence - Admit Conflicts & Resolve On an emergency basis - Work as a team

Leaders can engage with people on ground and off ground with different activities rather than the main way of work E.g Events Dinners Hospitality Social Activities

Giving Value and problem solving skills stand you out from the crowd to be a leader. Leader creates value and maintains it by supporting them when needed and resolving issues & conflicts

Collaboration within your organization is the key to gaining credibility and advancing as a leader. Sharing best practices, aligning goals and objectives with cross functional teams and working with the other leaders that are seen as innovative and respected will help increase visibility.

Alone you can Go, but with others you can go far So collaboration coordination cooperation with others is the essentials of Peace Success and Happiness It creates Healthiness in your team and community

“Lead by example” I once read, good leaders tell you what to do, but great leaders show you how it’s done. No, that doesn’t mean spoon-feeding. A leader is someone who should have courage to fail and still do it. A leader should be willing to accept mistakes and build fascinating ideas and concepts from those same mistakes. After all, many great inventions happened by mistakes!

The concept of leadership, in your brain and subconscious mind was undeniably formed by the brand the leadership figures your circle embraced. The logical extension of that base, is, to be a leader, is ultimately embracing your ideals and value system, in the process of taking responsibility and using authority and influence over the individuals in your circle. The meaning and substance of leadership is constantly but subtly evolving, heavily depending on the people in such roles. In the long run, the desire to occupy leadership positions, should be equally augmented by an awareness of the influence it embodies, and a conscious effort to shape and mould the perceptions of leadership while donning it's regalia.
