é importante ter sempre uma boa equipe técnica suportando, pois no wi-fi existe a necessidade de fazer um site survey para especificar a quantidade de antenas, entender os melhores fabricantes que atenda as necessidades, como por exemplo WiFi 6 ou já no 7, verificar interferências de sinal para especificar quais melhores canais e bandas e também avaliar os equipamentos para ver suporte a novas tecnologias. Vou usar de exemplo uma experiência recente onde coletamos as principais reclama??es dos clientes internos para o wi-fi, seja ele de disponibilidade, cobertura, necessidades de eventos internos, portal mais acessível, acesso público, entre outros e levamos tudo em conta para desenvolver nosso projeto.

1-Understand the scope For me in any project we have to understand the client scope to ensure that we are saying the same language.Project scope refers to the detailed description of all the work that needs to be performed to deliver a project successfully. It outlines the objectives, deliverables, tasks, deadlines, and resources required for the project. Essentially, it defines the boundaries of the project by specifying what is included and what is excluded. A well-defined project scope helps ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of what will be accomplished, which in turn helps manage expectations, prevent scope creep, and facilitate effective project management.

The major part of project plan is accountability. We need to devide in small task and clear ownership to individuals with defined ETA. No plan would work if we dont have ownership. Progress update and review is second most thing. We should also consider the variance in plan. Like cost and schedule variation due to scope change or some other situation

To ensure the best results, it is essential to adhere to best practices and standards for wireless network installation and security. This includes labeling and documenting all equipment and cables, securing and grounding them, configuring the wireless access points and controllers with the appropriate settings and parameters, testing the wireless network performance, coverage, and security with tools such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and wireless site survey software, troubleshooting any issues or errors that arise during the implementation, and obtaining customer feedback and approval on the network functionality and quality.

5 Provide training and support

The final phase of your wireless project is to provide training and support to the customer and the end users. It is important to educate them on how to use and maintain the wireless network, such as connecting to the network, troubleshooting issues, reporting any requests, updating and upgrading equipment and software, and securing the network from unauthorized access and attacks. You should also provide the customer with a network diagram and inventory, configuration and installation reports, testing and quality assurance reports, user manuals and guides, warranty and service agreements.
