there are a few ways to pick up the right supplier. you can choose an international brand like Trafalgar, Globus or Grayline knowing that they have a level of standard , but sometime you pay extra for a brand. you can also check reviews over the internet knowing that they are usually accurate. another option is to check at different discussion groups of the travel industry. but in the end its always boots on the ground , if you wish to invest in a destination just go there , evaluate the common standard of services and find someone that meet YOUR requirements
