You see new AI tools emerging, faster and cheaper ways to store data, and much more. By keeping up with what the user wants and what they struggle with, you can in turn utilize this new software coming out to improve the product with the user. Improving is a really unique synchrony of both understanding the user and understanding what is new and relevant in the market.

In my point of view, value is very connected with what is good or has utility for clients. Some examples are less time lost with some service, more profity/revenues, ease of use, and lesser costs. Values needs to be mapped into Key Performance Values (KPI), which we could actually write an entire book to debate. If you are leveling your KPIs them you're delivering value. PS1: KPI needs to be connected with OKRs and with the company's strategy. PS2: Don't always trust in what your client says about your service. As Steve Jobs stated: "a lot of time people don't know what they want until you show it to them".
