DevOps is no way different as it looks into the environment either of a product or development. These should be captured as requirements to start with by engaging with all stakeholders.

Planificar, se debe aterrizar muy bien el proyecto en el cual se debe trabajar, se suele fallar mucho en esta parte tan importante, ya que suelen dar el liderazgo de la implementación áreas que desconocen temas técnicos y lógicos a profundidad y de arquitectura como tal, dándole mayor peso a la parte visual y de experiencia de usuario. Por eso es muy importante la presencia de un arquitecto en esta fase del proceso, que vienen a ser los cimientos del proyecto, la fase de dise?o no solo debe centrarse en ux/ui, sino en arquitectura, seguridad y escalabilidad, y deberían tener igual o mayor peso.

Observability is key to any system success as it enables to take proactive actions. Many solutions are available to aggregate metrics and analyse, to add to mentioned list is Telegraf/Fluentd/ Vector as aggrgator, Prometheus for metrics and elastic for logs and traces. Grafana can be used to display and alert. Kubernetes is very easy and great tool for managing orchestration and scalability of components that are deployed as containers. It is essential to get the scalability requirements right so that same can be configured for kubernetes to manage scalability automatically.
