Para incorporar las tendencias educativas y académicas en primer lugar debemos acompa?ar a la institución en general y a los docentes en particular a desarrollar un mindset de crecimiento y de apertura que les permite conocer e incluir nuevas maneras de hacer las cosas, soltando el "siempre lo hicimos así". Además, es importante que los procesos y las decisiones de la institución acompa?en esta apuesta educativa facilitando diversos dispositivos: jornadas de aprendizaje para docentes, espacios de innovación, acompa?amiento peer to peer, aulas abiertas, procesos de dise?o de curricula y evaluación flexibles y fomento a la experimentación.

Entiendo este punto es muy importante... En mi caso, además de adaptar las estrategias de aprendizaje, con mucha "construcción" de los estudiantes, busco tomar el recorrido a partir de lo que el día a día trae en noticias relacionadas... Desde una mentalidad de crecimiento, para que también crezca el amor propio / autoestima de los estudiantes y adentrarnos en cuestiones éticas, más allá que mi tema específico es microbiología y tecnología de alimentos
