Today we are not involving the workers enough. It is true that the project needs to be completed within a given time but from my perspective building education around the subject is the best approach to ensure the safety of all. The behavioural change is a must and creating a mental wellbeing environment is the key to a successful project.

It is important to observe drill and taking notes to find any failures or problems that happens during practice. This will help to improvement of drills. It is also a good opportunity to conduct a safety talk at the end of the practice and explain the reasons of practice and any advice to make it better.
