Implementing a code review process is essential. For example, in one of our projects, we used GitHub for reviews and integrated SonarQube for automated code analysis. During a review, we found a security vulnerability, enhancing security. To ensure thorough reviews, we employed the 'two sets of eyes' rule, where two team members independently reviewed code. This redundancy helped catch subtle issues. Additionally, a feedback culture is vital. We emphasized clear, "respectful comments" offering improvement suggestions. IMO this approach fosters a collaborative environment, resulting in high-quality, error-free code.
