Ao construirmos um projeto de melhoria, por vezes, podemos condicionar os pontos de ajustes baseando-nos somente na ideia de aperfei?oar aquilo que sempre foi feito, atacando aquilo que vemos. Grandes avan?os surgem de formas diferentes de pensar os processos, a partir de brainstorms com os times e clientes e da clareza sobre, afinal, o que deve ser entregue. O importante é tratar a causa e n?o o sintoma.
