One important thing to do is being aware of the roadmap. If in January you see that feature X will be deployed in September, you should immediately get in touch with PMs and Deb Leads to start gathering requirements so you can conduct research properly. Take that initial meeting to plan a mini roadmap for that feature to ensure that from research to deployment, every step needed is accounted for and properly assigned. That way, everybody knows what to do and any disagreements occur in time for stress free escalations if needed.

D'après mon expérience, avoir une bonne collaboration avec les équipes de développement permet de mieux tirer parti des efforts et des connaissances de chacun. Par exemple, une maquette réalisée avec des composants natifs iOS ou Android sera plus facilement compris par un dev Front qui connait ces frameworks. Les échanges seront ainsi fluidifiés lors de la revue des spécs.
