I think we need to recaliberate the entire job description and focus on selling the company, the opportunity, growth, and make sure each line of responsibility is 100% needed and not 2-3 other roles combined in one since there are other gaps on the team, make sure requirements also align with one role and not all the team gaps, or else you may have to reconfigure a few roles on the team before going out and looking to hire. HR needs the right management that understands the team well enough to build out the role that is needed.
