In every group , all persons should be held to the same respect as the others, but not everybody is fit for each task, we need to stop trying to make everybody equal when we are not, we all have talents but sometimes in other areas, so to ensure of a thorough assessment, first we need to define everybody strengths and weaknesses then assign them primary tasks to support their strengths and secondary task to build their weaknesses. A group will fail if they do not use each individual person's talents in a supportive way to build the group effort or task.

When I teach medical people i use medical terms, an electrician may not understand some of the terms but engage them to understand how the training will be for their betterment and their safety.
