This is going to be increasingly important as AI takes over all the easy tasks. There will be less opportunity to congratulate Bob for doing (large number) of (menial task). Instead, Bob will need to be encourage and praised in the execution of managing AI doing said task and how he made critical adjustments for its efficiency and accuracy.

One way to celebrate successes and achievements is to make sure your regularly scheduled meetings start off with getting a "business win" and a "personal win" from each member as part of your structured team meetings. This allows each member to share something about their personal life (which would otherwise go unknown) as well as give a chance to boast about something great they did at work without feeling like a braggart. When we do this in our tech team meetings it is often started with a "do I have to" type of a groan but ends up being one of the more engaging portions of the meeting as we learn new things about each other and what we are working on.

I would go as far as saying that this is kind of the ultimate goal: creating an environment where you don't HAVE to ensure inclusion (there'll always be exceptions, of course, but I think it's clear what I'm trying to say here).
